Five Injured in Brooklyn Synagogue Fire

Two in Critical Condition

A fire broke out early Friday morning in a Brooklyn synagogue operated out of a home, injuring five people, two critically.

Three firefighters and a civilian are also recovering from injuries.

The fire started around 3 a.m. at 4915 16th Avenue in the Borough Park neighborhood.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
