- Game 3: Monday, May 15 in Sunrise
- Game 4: Wednesday, May 17 in Sunrise
- Game 5: Friday, May 19 in Las Vegas (if necessary)
- Game 6: Sunday, May 21 in Sunrise (if necessary)
- Game 7: Tuesday, May 23 in Las Vegas (if necessary)
